At The Sewistry, we offer one-on-one Sewing Machine Basics lessons to help you get started with your sewing journey. Whether you’re a beginner or just need a refresher, our private lessons can be tailored to your individual needs. If you have a specific project in mind let me know what you want to learn and when, and we’ll work together to see if we can help you achieve your sewing goals. Private lessons are available by request only so you can learn at your own pace. Contact us today to discuss your needs and schedule your session: info@thesewistry.co.uk Materials and use of the Brother A150, or equivalent sewing machine, are included. If you want to bring your own sewing machine I will need to know the make and model in advance, if I think I know the machine well enough I will happily help you with it, but you will also need to ensure your machine is already in good working order as time spent troubleshooting and fixing issues will eat into class time. Please be aware that these sessions take place in the shop but I will make sure you receive enough time, however I can't guarantee an uninterrupted session so it's best to plan for a little longer than an hour here.

Cancellation Policy

2 days required for a full refund. If you cancel after this time, no refund will be issued unless we manage to fill your place, please be assured all efforts will be made by us to do so but no guarantee of this will be given
