Sewing machines have lots of similarities, so there's loads of transferrable skills whichever machine you use. If you're using your machine, you will need to ensure it's in full working order, with all the parts and manual. Ideally you'll bring the machine to me a day or two before the lesson so I can check it over and make sure I understand how your particular model works before you arrive.
